Will food be served at the convention?
Yes! Breakfast and lunch on July 9 are included as part of your registration. Additionally, hors d'oeuvres will be provided at the Booster Club event on the evening of Friday, July 8.
If I'm not able to attend, will I get a refund?
Refunds requested prior to June 17 will be given upon request. Starting June 18, refunds will be considered on a case by case basis. Legitimate reasons for absence may be granted a refund.
If I'm registered as a guest, will I be guaranteed a seat at the convention?
Availability of guest spaces will depend on the number of registered delegates and alternates. Therefore, all guests are welcome to register, but refunds may be issued if necessary. You will be notified if anything changes with your registration.
I submitted a payment to attend the convention, but I forgot to return to my registration form. Can I go back to my registration form and submit it?
If you forgot to return to your registration form after paying, no worries! Please go ahead and complete a new registration form. You do not need to submit your payment again. In order to make the check-in process as smooth and expedient as possible on the day of the State Convention, we do ask that you please complete both the payment and the registration form.
